apertium-pt-ca software package provides Apertium translation data for the Portuguese-Catalan pair, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apertium-pt-ca
apertium-pt-ca is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apertium-pt-ca package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apertium-pt-ca *
You will get with apertium-pt-ca package name, version, architecture and description in a table
